Our Process

Consultation and Vision

We begin with a friendly discovery meeting—either in person or virtually—to understand your goals, style, and family needs. We explore site specifics, preferred layouts, finishes, and inspirations to lay the foundation for your home.

Design and Planning

Next, we transform your vision into floor plans, elevations, and 3D visuals. You’ll review room layouts, architectural features, and material selections such as millwork, flooring, and lighting. We finalize and lock in the design before advancing.

Approvals and Permits

We compile permit packages and architectural review board (ARB) submittals. Our team manages those submittals and keeps everything on schedule, so approvals happen smoothly and on time.

Construction

We handle every step—from foundation and framing to roof, windows, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and insulation. As we build, we conduct milestone walkthroughs such as framing and rough‑in inspections, ensuring quality at every stage.

Selections and Finishes

Once the frame is set, we guide you through final selections for kitchens, baths, hardware, exterior finishes, and landscaping. We work with trusted vendors to ensure luxury materials are installed perfectly.

Final Walkthrough and Handover

Before closing, we complete a detailed inspection, resolve any final items, and walk you through your home. We review your warranty and ensure you feel prepared and excited to move in.
